Orders & Payment

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. After that, production begins and changes cannot be made. Please contact us immediately at orders@thecutees.shop if you need to make changes.

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in amounts of $10, $25, $50, and $100. They're delivered instantly via email and never expire. Perfect for the merch lover in your life!

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account or using the order lookup tool with your order number and email.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. International orders over $100 qualify for discounted shipping rates.

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We're here to help! If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos (if damaged) and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Log into your account and select the order you'd like to return. Click "Start Return" and follow the prompts. You'll receive a prepaid return label via email. Pack the items securely and drop off at any carrier location.

Absolutely! We offer free exchanges for different sizes within 30 days of delivery. Just start an exchange through your account and we'll ship the new size as soon as we receive the original item.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Sizing & Product Care

Check our detailed size guide on each product page. We provide measurements for chest, length, and sleeve length. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit or contact us for personalized sizing advice!

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results. Do not iron directly on the design. Following these care instructions will keep your items looking great for years!

Our tees are 100% cotton or cotton-poly blends for ultimate comfort. Hoodies are 80% cotton, 20% polyester fleece. All materials are ethically sourced and our inks are eco-friendly and water-based.

Our high-quality DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing ensures vibrant, long-lasting designs that won't crack, peel, or fade when cared for properly. We stand behind our quality with a satisfaction guarantee!

Custom Orders & Bulk

Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Custom design services start at $50 for the design fee, plus the cost of products. Email custom@thecutees.shop with your vision and we'll make it happen!

Absolutely! Orders of 12+ items qualify for bulk pricing: 10% off for 12-24 items, 15% off for 25-49 items, and 20% off for 50+ items. Perfect for teams, events, or resale!

For bulk orders over 50 items, we offer one sample at 50% off so you can check quality and sizing before placing your full order. Contact our bulk team for details.

Bulk orders typically take 7-10 business days for production, plus shipping time. Rush production (3-5 days) is available for an additional fee. We'll provide a timeline when you submit your request.

Quality & Design

Yes! All our designs are created exclusively for theCuTees.shop by talented artists. You won't find these designs anywhere else. We own the rights to all artwork on our products.

We stand behind our quality 100%. If you're not satisfied with your item, contact us within 30 days and we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!

We strive for accuracy, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing variations. We use high-quality DTG printing for vibrant, true-to-image colors. If you're concerned about a specific color, contact us for a photo of the actual product!

For existing designs, we can make minor modifications like changing colors or adding text. Major redesigns are considered custom orders. Contact our design team at custom@thecutees.shop to discuss your ideas!

Technical Issues
